Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Kee Chee Khian ("we", "us", "our") for any web design or related services. By making a payment or proceeding with a project, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these terms.
Kee Chee Khian provides custom website design and development services for businesses based in Singapore and the region. The scope of services, deliverables, and pricing for each project are as described on the relevant product or offer page at the time of purchase.
All prices are quoted and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via HitPay, which supports PayNow, credit/debit cards, GrabPay, and other supported methods.
Where instalment payment options (e.g. PayLater by Grab) are selected, the terms of the relevant payment provider apply.
Upon receipt of full payment, we will contact you to begin the project kick-off process. The Client is responsible for providing all required content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content or feedback from the Client may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Kee Chee Khian.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as communicated during the project. Revisions are limited to changes within the agreed scope. Requests that constitute new or substantially different work may be subject to additional charges.

Upon receipt of full payment and project completion, the Client receives full ownership of all website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images) delivered. Kee Chee Khian retains no ongoing rights to the delivered files.
Kee Chee Khian reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
For projects hosted on Cloudflare Pages, hosting is provided free of charge with no time limit, subject to Cloudflare's own terms of service. Kee Chee Khian will transfer the Cloudflare account to the Client upon project completion. The Client is responsible for maintaining their own Cloudflare account thereafter. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party hosting platform.
Some projects may integrate third-party services (e.g. HitPay, Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Google Sheets). These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. Kee Chee Khian is not responsible for any changes, downtime, or discontinuation of third-party services.
Kee Chee Khian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the delivered website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant project.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at ultravalue.club/terms.
